Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Fairway EA is operated by Velmora Tech ("we", "us"), a technology company registered in Kenya. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Email confirmation is required before you can sign in.
3. Subscriptions and trials
New members receive a 30-day free trial of full access. After the trial, continued access to booking tee times, private chat, joining clubs, reserving event places and sponsor campaign tools requires an active subscription at KES 1,500 per month (or KES 15,000 per year). Club Admin and Sponsor plans are priced separately as shown on our pricing page. Without an active subscription your account moves to read-only: you can still browse clubs, events, profiles and the feed.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are paid by M-Pesa to Velmora Tech, Paybill 542542, Account 199301. Payment is confirmed once we verify the M-Pesa transaction code you submit. Access is activated on verification and runs for the period purchased. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes.
5. Bookings and events
Tee times, games and event places are provided by golf clubs and organisers, not by Fairway EA. Clubs set their own green fees, cancellation windows and dress codes. We are not liable for a club cancelling or changing a booking, or for the conduct of any club, sponsor or member.
6. Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, impersonate others, scrape the platform, or use it to send spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where the breach is serious.
7. Sponsors and advertising
Sponsored campaigns must be accurate and lawful and may be reviewed before going live. Sponsors are responsible for their creative, claims and any prizes they offer.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it within the platform so the service can work. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Fees already paid for the current period are handled under our Refund Policy.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Golf carries physical risk; you play at your own risk.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you in-app of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, with the courts of Kenya having exclusive jurisdiction.
